Look for offers marked with the golden ClickBonus sign and send your application. When applying or directly in your profile, provide your bank account number. After taking up employment, your only task is to work the time required by the employer in the offer description (for example a week, a month, or up to 90 days). After that period, the employer assigns you the bonus and the funds go directly to your bank account.
When adding an offer, you choose the ClickBonus plan, set the bonus amount for the employee and the number of available vacancies (for example 2 vacancies with a bonus of 200 PLN each). The portal charges a 20% commission on the total bonus amount for handling the entire process. Then you set a condition — the time the employee must professionally work for you to receive the bonus (up to 90 days, or immediately for one-off jobs). After that time, you verify whether the employee reliably fulfilled their duties and grant the bonus with one click. After all vacancies are settled, the offer closes automatically.
